The owner was very responsive and shared all details in advance about the car and driver. Our driver arrived 30 minutes early at our hotel, which was excellent given our tight schedule. They arranged a comfortable SUV for the trip. The first driver from Delhi to Agra was very nice, informative, and shared insights about the places along the way. He even bought us chai tea but kindly refused when we offered to pay. One minor issue was that the driver was chewing something that had a strong smell, which was unpleasant. I shared this feedback with the owner so they can be mindful in the future. On the return trip, we had a different driver who was quiet, professional, and equally courteous. The tour guide arranged at the Taj Mahal was informative and explained the history well, though we could only visit the Taj Mahal due to time constraints. Overall, this agency is honest, punctual, and provides comfortable vehicles. Recently a friend and I needed to travel from Delhi to Agra to Jaipur. We are 2 women travelling alone so we organised a cab through Tajmahal cabs. Our driver was Maddan. The car was almost new, comfortable, and air conditioned. Maddan was always on time, polite and helpful. He is a great driver and we felt safe and supported by him. Taj Mahal Cabs arranged a pick-up from New Delhi airport and transfer to Agra, tour to Fatehpur Sikri and other attractions in Agra including a dawn visit to the Taj Mahal. We were then transferred back to Delhi by express train for a quick tour before catching our onward flight. A perfect 2 day stop over! Bantu, our driver was great and had very good English and a clean andcomfortable car. Allam organised everything like a military operation.
