All correspondence regarding tours, travel services, and bookings should be directed to M/s. Taj Mahal Cabs.

BOOKING:

Upon confirmation of your booking, a contract is established with M/s. Taj Mahal Cabs. The contract comes into effect once we confirm your tour or travel services and receive the deposit from you.

PAYMENT:

For the contracted services, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost must be paid to M/s. Taj Mahal Cabs. This deposit is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis.

BALANCE PAYMENT:

The balance payment must be made 15 days prior to the start of services. For any booking made within 15 working days of the service start date, it will be considered a late booking, and full payment is required at the time of booking.

Note:

In addition to the above, for special train journeys or hotel and resort bookings during peak seasons (such as Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Even after paying the 25% advance to confirm your booking, in certain cases, you may be required to make an additional advance payment before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor or supplier’s payment deadlines.


MODE OF PAYMENT:

International clients may make payments through any of the following methods:

  • By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
  • By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • By Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.

Note:

For payments made via credit or debit card, an additional 3% bank charge will be applied on top of the total amount.

All payments must be made in full, free from any withholding taxes or deductions.

Any bank charges incurred for remittance, whether by the remitting bank or an intermediary bank, will be solely the responsibility of the payer.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Please note that Taj Mahal Cabs employees or agents will never ask for your card number, CVV, net banking login, password, OTP, or request fund transfers to personal accounts or third-party apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. If you receive such requests, do not act on them. Report any incidents to info@tajmahalcabs.com.


POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:

Each tour has its own cancellation policy, which is provided on the description page for that specific tour. The cancellation terms outlined below apply only to tours that do not have a cancellation policy listed on their description page.

In the event of a cancellation, all tours have a cancellation policy outlined on their description page. If a tour does not have a cancellation policy listed in its details section, the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
  • Free cancellation – Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund for Same Day Tours.

REFUND:

Regarding the refund for unused or unutilized services that have been paid for and canceled in advance, the refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy described above. The refunded amount will be issued to the individual who made the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is processed to a credit card or bank account, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:

All guests (foreign nationals, NRIs, and Indian nationals) are required to provide a photo ID at the time of booking confirmation. The documents specified below are applicable for different categories:

  • For foreign nationals – copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.
  • For Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport.
  • For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card – copy of passport and copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory.
  • For domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY:

Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out Timings: 1000 – 1200 Hours

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment.

EXTRA USAGE OF VEHICLE:

Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed.

OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Taj Mahal Cabs’ rates are based on the prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Hotels and airlines reserve the right to modify their rates without prior notice. In the event of such changes, we may adjust the rates quoted to you based on the modifications made by the hotels or airlines.

Taj Mahal Cabs and its associates operate solely as agents for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing various services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions set by these service providers. The tickets, coupons, or passage contracts used by the carrier, hotel, or other contractors rendering services will constitute the sole contract between the clients and those contractors.

Taj Mahal Cabs – The itineraries provided by Taj Mahal Cabs are sample itineraries designed to give you a general idea of the expected trip schedule. Various factors, such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants, may necessitate changes to the itinerary either before the tour or during the journey. Taj Mahal Cabs reserves the right to modify any aspect of the itinerary, including transportation and accommodation, without prior notice to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of participants. No rebates, allowances, or refunds will be issued, and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

Taj Mahal Cabs shall not be held responsible for any delays, changes in programs, or expenses incurred due to special or consequential loss, injury, or damage—directly or indirectly—resulting from natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport issues, weather conditions, illness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, maritime perils, floods, fires, government actions, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. This includes any unfortunate incidents or causes of any kind that may arise, along with any liabilities or extra expenses incurred by the clients. Additionally, clients will be responsible for any liability or extra expenses incurred as a result of the aforementioned causes.

Taj Mahal Cabs shall not be held responsible and will not accept any liability towards clients or their legal representatives for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries, including loss of services, that clients may experience due to the acts, negligence, or defaults of any transportation company, hotel agents, or other service providers. This includes incidents arising while engaged in any tour, means of transportation, or other services, regardless of ownership, maintenance, use, operation, or control of any vehicle, whether it be an automobile, bicycle, boat, or any other form of transportation. This applies irrespective of negligence or any other cause. Clients using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, or scuba diving gear provided by hotels or rental agencies do so at their own risk.

Taj Mahal Cabs does not hold any insurance policy covering expenses related to accidents, illness, theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Visitors are strongly advised to arrange for such insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal belongings are at the client’s own risk at all times.

Taj Mahal Cabs reserves the right to cancel any services if it deems that the tour, trip, or passage is impractical for any reason or if circumstances necessitate such action. In such cases, the company will refund the value of the services, and the client shall have no further claims against the company.

Taj Mahal Cabs reserves the right to refuse to fulfill its contract with any individual it deems undesirable at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide any justification for this decision.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Taj Mahal Cabs (company) and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall not be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of any failure to perform or due to delay in performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such performance is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, sabotage, embargo, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, act of government or other catastrophes, pandemic, epidemics, outbreak of disease or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Taj Mahal Cabs (“Force Majeure”).

Taj Mahal Cabs (company) and client (you)– both shall use their best efforts to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms and conditions of use given hereunder, shall again become fully operative.
However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve Taj Mahal Cabs (company) and client (you) of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure.

JURISDICTION CLAUSE:

All the disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement would be subject to AGRA Courts only.
