First, I will say the driver Pravesh was super nice, an amazing driver through some of the worst if not worst traffic I have ever seen. We were together each day and he always had a pleasant demeanor and was happy to help. I used this service and tacked on the tours to Agra and Jaipur to my transfers and am glad I did. I went at touring alone with just a driver in Delhi and it wasn’t easy nor enjoyable. In Agra I met my guide when I got settled at my hotel and we went out and explored the town. We looked at a lot of local businesses and I was taken to a coffee shop and special site to see the Taj Mahal. I tend to appreciate the rawness of a place I visit, but I have to be honest and warn others that some of the sights in Agra can be disturbing to most westerns. The site from the river had a lot of trash and dead animals which were being eaten by the other animals. I saw it as the dark to the light as the view of the Taj Mahal was stunning and the reality of the outside was rough to say the least. I talked to my guide about this and one of the locals who owns the land we got permission to use and he is thinking of opening a coffee shop at that location and cleaning the area up. I really hope they do, as I think it is a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal at sunset and it would help the locals in that area as well with money from the business. My only slight critique from the Agra tour was being pressured a bit too much to buy locally from a lot of the handicraft visits. I discussed this with the owner and think it’s important to showcase the goods to visitors, but high pressure sales tactics and obvious price gouging was evident. We then went in the morning to see the Taj Mahal and it was spectacular. My guide was great at keeping some photographers who were trying to overcharge for photos and charge per picture taken not what you choose, please take note. He personally took some photos for me and they were amazing. Next we transferred to Jaipur and had a couple of nice stops along the way seeing the country side and having my favorite meal in India along with a nice Chai and chat with my driver. We arrived and decided to call it a night as we arrived late and started the next day. I was met with my local guide and he showed me all the sights and even arranged an elephant encounter, which in hindsight I should have negotiated a bit on, but it was still worth it. We had an issue with payment as I agreed to use PayPal for payment, but they had an issue with that and couldn’t accept credit cards either. We had to work out a payment plan, as I could only take out a set amount per day from the ATM, but they were flexible and we made it work. They showcased the local goods again and besides one seller being visually upset that I didn’t buy anything from him, it was a much better experience and didn’t feel as high pressured. Upon wrapping up my tour they helped me find a local shipping company so I could ship some of my goods I have purchased back home. All in all I would recommend their services and guides, but ensure you get the payment details settled upfront and hope they are able to clean up some of the areas we visited for photos. Also note, you will need extra cash for short tuck tuck rides and expect a fair amount of walking for the tours. However, they are completely customizable and accommodating. We used WhatsApp to communicate and that was great too. I wanted to give them 5 stars, but had to be fair and honest on my review, but would definitely recommend and hope that this feedback improves the experience for future travelers. The tour was very good, the driver picked us up from the train station and took us to the TajMahal, Red fort and to the other side of the river. It didn’t take long so we had time for the shopping optional, the handmade rugs and marble art were great to see, although you feel obliged to buy something every time! The restaurant they took us to was good, but very pricy for Indian standards. Be prepared to leave tips in many places and specially to the tour guide. They are almost mandatory!!
